are not an agency, the published prices are communicated to us by the owners
of the properties, and are free of extra charges. Booking payments are made
directly into the account of each individual owner.

We will respond in an e-mail saying if the apartment or house is available
in the period by you requested.
If it is available, you'll get an option on the house or apartment for 5
days.
If you don't get back to us within these 5 days, we are free to rent the
apartment or House out to others. To confirm your reservation we ask a deposit.
We will communicate to you, according to the property you want to book,
the banking details so you can make the payment directly into the account
of each individual owner.
Please send the copy of the credit-transfer via email or fax (0039-0733-908284),
so you can receive the immediate confirmation of your reservation.
This is the fastest way to receive your confirmation, without fax or mail
you’ll have to wait until the credit-transfer has arrived into the bank
account,
and this takes some days.
On the moment we receive the copy of the credit-transfer via fax(0039-0733-908284)
or mail
we will confirm your reservation. The balance is payable eight weeks before
your arrival,
unless differently agreed. If you book less than eight weeks before your
arrival,
we will ask you to pay the total amount with the booking.
Once we have received the copy of the credit-transfer we will confirm your
payment by e-mail or fax.
If we don't receive the balance payment when due (normally eight weeks before
the check-in date), we will regard your booking as cancelled and you will
be liable for the cancellation charges shown below.
If we are unable to accept your booking we shall return your payment.
If you unexpectedly need to cancel your holiday, let us know as soon as
possible.
If we are able to rent the house or apartment out to others for the same
period your money will be refunded by the individual owner of the property.
Otherwise the following cancellation policies will be applied:
- ---If you cancel within 42 days before the check-in date 30% of the total amount has to be paid.
- ---If you cancel within 28 days before the check-in date 60% of the total amount has to be paid.
- ---If you cancel from 28 days - 1 day before the check-in date 90% of the total amount has to be paid.
- ---If you cancel 1 day before the check-in date or on the day of arrival 100% of the total amount has to be paid.
A security deposit of € 200,00 will be requested and will be refunded,
subject to any damage.
