Truffle hunt is first of all a wonderful open air activity that gives the
chance to enjoy nature and the company of our fantastic dogs. Truffle hunt
requires passion, constance, skill and good legs. To buy a trained dog and
to wander around the countryside is not enough to hunt truffles. A good
dog can be a great help, of course, but it's necessary to have the necessary
skill and to acquire a certain experience, day by day, step by step, with
much hard work. The expert truffle hunter knows perfectly how to behave
in order to preserve the safety of the environment and of the truffle zones,
with the exact knowledge that this is the first rule to not exhauste the
yearly development of truffle.

Provisional program of the weekend
This is a preliminary itinerary and will be
altered to accommodate seasonal activities or local festivals. However
the essential content
of the itinerary will remain the same.
Day 1
- In the afternoon arrival at the Ramusa agriturismo, aperitif and
introduction.
- 8.00 pm Welcome Truffle dinner and Wine tasting at the Ramusa restaurant.
Day 2
- Tranquil awakening at the peacefull agriturismo, breakfast.
- 8.00 am Truffle Hunting with Paolo and the dog.
- 11.00 pm back to the Ramusa agriturismo.
- 13.00 pm Lunch at the Ramusa restaurant.
- Course and lesson about Truffle.
- Dinner at the Osteria dell·Arancio restaurant.
Day 3
- Tranquil awakening at the peacefull agriturismo, breakfast.
- 9.00 am Truffle Hunting with Paolo and the dog.
- 12.00 pm back to the Ramusa agriturismo.
- 13.00 pm Lunch at the Ramusa restaurant.
- Cooking Course and lesson about Truffle.
- Dinner at the Ramusa restaurant.
